Bought the 12 week programme after comparing it with a couple of PT led online courses that cost more. Signed up in about five minutes on my phone and the first week's plan was waiting in the app when I logged in. The workouts are short enough to fit around work and the meal swaps are easy to follow. Pretty happy with it so far.

Good plan if you already know your macros and just want a structure to follow. The app tracks protein and fibre properly, which most of the cheaper ones don't. Only small gripe is the barcode scanner misreads some UK supermarket packs.

The weekly check in with my coach is what kept me going, not the workouts themselves. I've been with them on and off for about three years and every time I've messaged the team they've replied the same day. My coach remembers my knee problem and adjusts the training without me having to explain it again.
