Switched my electric tariff over to them last week through the app, took about ten minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Got the confirmation email same day and the switch date was in the next few weeks, nothing to do on my end. Quick and easy, will see how the bills look in a month or two.

The switch itself went fine and took about three weeks. Support was polite when I rang but the answer took a couple of days to come back.

Really happy with them, the switch went through without a single hitch and no gap in supply that I could tell. I sorted it all through the website on a Sunday evening and the confirmation came through before I'd even finished my tea. Good to deal with a company that just gets on with it.

Would go with them again.
