Way easier than trudging round the supermarket with a toddler. I checked a couple of other sites first and this one had the best slots. Driver was lovely and my snacks were all there. Would do it again!

Looked at a couple of other grocery sites before picking this one, mainly because the prices on the veg boxes were lower. The order was easy to put together and the slots were fine. Driver was a bit late and one of the peppers was a bit soft, but nothing I'd fuss about. Would order again.

Got my order quickly but one of the bits was missing and I had to message them. They sorted it out pretty fast though, refunded it on the card. Still annoying when you're in a rush.

Needed to get a few things in for the week and this was the first time I'd tried them. Booking was simple and the items arrived on time, fresh and well packed. Nice one.

Ordered the Father's Day hamper because I had no idea what to get him and this saved me. Everything was packed in a box with proper padding and the cheese was still cold when it turned up. The card even had a nice handwritten sort of font. Dad was chuffed, and I'll be using them again for birthdays.

Compared to the big supermarket app this is way less faff to get a delivery booked. I got a slot on a Sunday evening which I've never managed elsewhere. The items I picked were what I asked for, and the driver got the bags to the door without me having to chase anyone. Would use again.

I needed a gluten free loaf and a few other bits for my daughter's visit, as she has coeliac and I wanted to be sure of what I was buying. The product information was clear and the range was better than I expected. The delivery window was a little broad but the driver was courteous and everything was in good order.

Ordered a few things for a dinner party on short notice and it all came through the same day. The veg was crisp and the bread was still warm enough to eat straight away. Easy checkout too.

I've used them for years for my weekly bits so I know how they work. This time the login kept timing out and I had to start my basket again twice. Eventually the order went through and the stuff was fine, but it was a faff getting there and I got a bit fed up.

Used to be my go to for a weekly shop of bits and pieces but the last few orders have been a bit of a letdown. Substitutions I never asked for, and twice the fresh stuff arrived looking tired. I've been ordering from them for about six years so I'm not walking away yet, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
