I took out the monthly plan back in the spring and I have kept it going since. It does exactly what I needed without any fuss. The payments come out on the right date and I have never had a query I could not get sorted. Good, honest service throughout.

I have been a customer for a good many years, and what stands out is how the account has been looked after. This time the renewal went through with a bit of a wait. I rang and was told it would be a few days, and it was closer to a week before it was confirmed. It is not a disaster, but I did find it irritating. I still think they are fair with their pricing.

The whole thing was easy to follow and nothing was hidden in small print. Good value for what I needed and I have already told my brother about it.

I sent the paperwork in and then had to wait over two weeks for any word back. Eventually it was resolved and the outcome was reasonable, though I do think the updates could have been more frequent.

I'd say the support team sorted my query quicker than I expected, and I was glad of it. I had a question about my monthly statement that didn't quite make sense to me, and I wrote in on a Tuesday morning. A reply was with me before lunch, and the lady who wrote it explained the figures plainly without making me feel silly for asking. I would happily go back to them.
