the virtual try on on the site is genuinely the best bit, i could see how the frames looked on my face before paying. ordering was super easy, took like five mins. glasses came fast and fit perfectly, no complaints at all. would definitely get another pair from here.
Read moreMy old reading glasses had gone wobbly at the hinge and I could no longer see the small print on my tablet. I needed something quick and cheap to tide me over until my optician appointment. The frames were fine and the lenses did the job, but the arms feel a bit thin and I had to ask for a replacement screw kit before it stopped slipping.
Read moreGot my first pair of daily lenses from them last month and the order went through in about two minutes, which I didn't expect given how long the last place took. The checkout asked for my prescription twice though and I had to dig out the box to check the numbers. Delivery was next day, tracking was spot on, and the box was small enough to go through the letterbox, so no fuss there.
Read moreWhy I order here is simple, my prescription needs a lot of checking and they've always got it right for me. Been a customer a long time now and the reorder is quick. Delivery was a day late this time but nothing to write home about.

Alensa is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom that sells eyewear, including prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. The website presents its frames and lenses by style, shape and material so that shoppers can compare options before choosing a pair. Customers order through the website, where they can upload or enter their prescription and select the lens coatings they require.
Alensa sells primarily to shoppers who prefer buying spectacles online rather than from a high street optician. Orders are placed and fulfilled from the website, and the company provides customer support by email for questions about fitting and prescriptions.
