Bought the blue crossbody bag after looking at a few places. It's a decent size for the weekend and the strap adjusts properly. Arrived well packed and exactly as it looked on the site.

First time ordering from here so I wasn't sure what to expect. The gift wrap option was a nice touch and the card came with my name spelt correctly. The only thing that let it down was that the parcel came a day later than the tracking said it would, which was a bit annoying when I needed it for a birthday. Otherwise the whole thing was painless.

The sizing chart on the hoodie bit was so useful, I didn't have to guess. Took a bit longer than I'd like to arrive though, like five days. Would still order again tbh.

Everything about it felt really simple, and I'd already put in another order for a bag before the first one had even landed.

Fine for what it is, the earrings arrived in one piece and the box was tidy enough. I looked at a couple of other sites first and they were noticeably cheaper for the same style. The returns form was fiddly too, I had to ring to confirm which address to send things back to. I would probably order again only if I'd already seen them in person.

I needed a gift card for my granddaughter's birthday as I live a long way from her and wanted something she could choose herself. The order went through without any trouble and the code arrived by email within a few minutes, which I was grateful for. I have only one small quibble, that the page could be clearer about how long the card stays valid.
