ADOR

I needed a replacement drive belt for an older garden mower and the listing matched my model number exactly. The part fitted first time and the fit was spot on. I've bought plenty of these before and this is the easiest I've found.

I'd been meaning to order a new set of lamp shades for the front room and the site did have what I wanted, but signing up for an account took me the best part of an hour because the postcode box kept rejecting my address. Once I'd got through that the order itself was simple enough, and the shades turned up within the week, which I was pleased about.

I bought a cushion for my sofa as my first order here and it arrived in about four days. The colour was a bit darker than the photo, not a dealbreaker, but I did have to look twice. The checkout was quick and I'd order again.

Needed a new phone case for a night out and got it here because it was the first thing I saw that matched my phone. Arrived quicker than I expected and it's really nice quality. Good stuff for the price, will use again.

Verdict is they're still the best of the bunch after years of ordering from them. Never had a bad parcel and the account has kept my details saved without any trouble. Keep it up.

Best place I've used for this kind of thing. Ordered Monday night and it was on my doorstep Wednesday morning. Easy to find what I wanted and checkout took no time.

I bought a pair of trainers and the sizing chart said I'd need a half size up. I went with the chart and the fit was tight across the toes. Returning them took a while because the label had to be printed from the account page, which was fiddly. Delivery itself was quick.

Found the same kettle here for less than the big chain and it came in a day less. Only thing is the returns form is a faff, took me a few goes to find it. Otherwise no complaints.

Compared with ordering from the big department store catalogue, this was a far more pleasant experience and I've had no reason to complain. The order arrived in good order and the item was exactly as described, so I shan't be going back to the old way of doing things.

The next day delivery was the thing that got me, I ordered at ten at night and it turned up before lunch. Price was a bit higher than on other sites though. Fine for what I needed.
