I was rather nervous about borrowing online, having always dealt with my building society in person. The forms here were much simpler than the paperwork I was used to, and I did not need to visit a branch at all. The funds were transferred the following morning and the statements arrive clearly each month. I am pleased I made the change.

Good enough for a short loan, the process itself was straightforward. It is not the cheapest option though, I compared with two other lenders and theirs worked out a bit lower over the same term. Customer support took three days to reply to my question about a missed payment date, which was slower than I'd like. Money arrived when promised though.

Fair rate and the core loan process is quick, I had the money the next day. The optional payment protection add on is buried in the checkout though and it took me a while to work out it was ticked by default. Easy enough to untick once I spotted it. Otherwise solid and I would take another loan from them.

Took out a small loan through the app to cover my train tickets and rent gap. The sign up took a few goes because it kept asking for the same bank details twice. Once approved the money hit my account within the hour which was great. The app is a bit clunky to navigate but I got there in the end.

What I like most is that the account page still looks the same as when I first signed up years ago, so I always know where everything is. I have borrowed a few times now and every payment has gone out exactly when it should. Staff have always answered the phone promptly when I have needed them. Never had a single problem.
