Ordering the joint support has been the easiest part of my routine for years now. The monthly reminder email comes through on time, I can change the delivery date with a couple of taps, and nothing has ever gone missing. I've recommended it to my sister and she's been on it ever since.

I'd been struggling to switch off at night so I looked at a few options first. The one I picked wasn't what I expected, the blend felt weaker than the photo suggested, and getting the first order sorted took ages.

Honestly one of the best wellness subscriptions I've used, and I've tried a fair few over the years. The capsules are easy to swallow, the dosing is clear on the label, and the monthly top-up arrives before I run out every single time.

I went for the magnesium powder straight away as my doctor had suggested it. It mixes well in water and the taste is fine. The only thing I'd flag is that the price has gone up a little since I first started ordering.

Compared with the expensive multivitamins I used to get from the high street, this works out a lot better for my budget and I don't have to remember to restock. The capsules are a decent size and the site lets me pause a delivery when I'm away. I've been ordering for a good few years now and the monthly box has never been late.

I'd had a rough year and wanted something to help with my energy levels, so I started with the starter pack. Signing up took a couple of minutes and the first box turned up the next working day. Been on it for a while now and it's become part of the morning routine.

Compared to the supplement I was buying from my local pharmacy for years, this one is a bit smaller and takes a little longer to notice any difference. The price is roughly the same but the tablets are fiddlier to get out of the blister. Still, I've been a customer a long time and the staff are helpful when I ask questions.

I bought the vanilla protein tub last month and it mixes well in a shaker without clumping. Postage took a couple of days longer than they said but the tub arrived in one piece. It's a bit pricier than the big supplement shops but the flavour is nicer.

I was particularly struck by how the customer team handled my query about the dosage, who took the time to explain everything clearly and without any fuss. The account set up was simple and I received my first delivery exactly when expected, which was a welcome change. I have been a customer for some months now and remain very satisfied with the care taken over each order.
