Honestly this is the place I'd go to first for birthday presents now. Ordered a candle set and a throw, both arrived together and well wrapped. Easy to find things with the filters. Good stuff, will be back for sure.

We needed a small kettle that would work on our caravan hookup and I'd been using the same brand for years. I've shopped here since about 2014 and they've always sorted problems quickly. The kettle arrived well packed and works perfectly.

My old garden hose split at the join last summer and I needed something heavier duty that wouldn't kink every time I moved it. I know this area well and went for a reinforced one with proper brass fittings. It came well packed and the fittings screw on without any fuss. Works exactly as it should. Only thing is the box was bigger than it needed to be, but the hose itself is solid.

Delivery is usually quick but once it took a few extra days and nobody told me until I chased it up myself. Prices are fair compared to others I've tried.

Compared to the other site I usually use for trainers, this one had a bigger range in my size and the checkout was quicker. The delivery took three days which was a day longer than they quoted. Otherwise no real complaints, the trainers fit well and look like the photos.

Yeah this is the one I use for everything now. Got a bag and some earrings, both came quick and looked just like the pics. Checkout was dead easy. Would 100 percent order again.

Ordered a waterproof jacket and it came with a seam coming undone on one sleeve. Tried to send it back through their returns page and the label took ages to generate. Replacement is on its way but I'm not confident about the next one.

Compared to the other app I was using this is so much simpler to scroll through. Found a dress I liked and it came in three days, which is faster than I expected. Fit is good and the price was lower than elsewhere so I'm happy with it honestly, will order again.

I ordered a pair of linen trousers from the site after comparing about four other shops that sell similar ones. The fit was fine around the waist but the length was a bit long on me so I had to get them taken up. Checkout was easy enough and they arrived in about four days which is fine. Price felt a touch high for what they are, though I'd probably still order again if the sale comes round.

Quick one from the train. Booked a slot for my van service on the app and it took about ten minutes start to finish. Got a text the night before with the time and the mechanic was there on the dot. Price was fair and I got the update before I even asked. Would use again, cheers.
