My old pair split down the side so I needed something sorted quick. Ordered on a Sunday and they came Tuesday, which was class. Size was spot on. Only thing is the box was a bit beaten up but the shoes were fine.

I shall say at the outset that I was entirely happy with my order. The customer team answered my question about the foundation shade within the hour, which I did not expect at all. The parcel came quickly and everything was as described. I have since recommended the site to my daughter, who has already placed her first order and is very pleased with it.

Honestly the bag does what I needed, fits my laptop and water bottle with room to spare. Ordered it on my phone during lunch and it turned up two days later. Easy.

Compared it with the same moisturiser in a chemist and this was about a third less, which is why I went for it. It's a good match for what I was buying before. The only thing is the delivery charge kind of cancels out the saving if you don't spend much.

Needed a birthday present for my sister by Friday and forgot until Wednesday night. Found a set on the site, ordered at like 11pm and it arrived Thursday afternoon. Wrapped it myself, she liked it. Quick and easy, no faff.

Compared it to the big high street chain I used to use and the prices here are a fair bit lower for the same kind of brushes and serums. The packaging was a bit flimsy though and one bottle leaked in the box, so I'd check before you buy.

Bought the night cream after seeing it everywhere on my feed. Two weeks in and my skin feels softer in the mornings, which is all I wanted. Would get it again.
