Ran out of my usual shampoo the night before a trip and needed something fast. Found the site on my phone, added it to the basket, paid with my card and it was on its way the next morning. Packaging was tidy and the bottle was full so no complaints from me.

I'd been paying nearly double for the same eyeshadow palette at the big chain, so finding it here for less made me go and check twice. The site showed a clear comparison with the other retailers and the palette arrived in a day. Packaging was plain and no fuss. Good value for what you get, I'm sticking with them for my restocks.

I would say this is a very well run online shop and I have no complaints at all. I ordered my usual set of bits for my mother's birthday and they arrived on the day I was told, nicely wrapped, with a card. The checkout was clear and I was able to track the parcel without any bother. I shall certainly be using them again.

Picked up a sandalwood beard oil after reading about it on a forum and I've been using it daily for about three weeks now. It sinks in faster than the cheaper one I was using before and doesn't leave that greasy feel on my jaw. Price is a bit above what I'd pay elsewhere but I'd rather pay it.

Ordered a lipstick on the app and it came two days later, which is fine. One of the shades was out of stock so they swapped it for the nearest one without me asking and it was fine. Only niggle is the app kept logging me out mid checkout. Good enough, would order again.

Bought the big refill pack of razor blades and it works out a fair bit cheaper per blade than buying them in the shops. Delivery was the next day and the price was the same as the listing. Nothing to complain about, I've got three months' worth now.

I've been buying skincare for years so I know what I'm looking at, and this moisturiser is decent enough but the texture is a bit heavier than the one I usually use. The product description said it was lightweight, which it isn't really, so I'd have chosen differently with the details in front of me. Delivery was prompt and the packaging kept it safe. It's an ordinary product at an ordinary price.

I needed a decent hydrating serum for my dry skin in winter, and I'd been through a few that just sat on top. This one absorbs quickly and the bottle is sensibly sized so it lasts. The only thing I'd flag is the ordering took a while to confirm the stock, which was a bit annoying when I'd already planned the day around it. The product itself is good though, and I've reordered once already.

The first thing I noticed was that the order confirmation came through but the tracking didn't update for four days, so I had no idea if anything was happening. The item did arrive in the end and it's exactly what I wanted, but I'd have liked a bit more of a heads up.
