I needed something reliable after my divorce left me with nothing but an empty flat and a lot of time to think. I've ordered from them three times now and the packaging is always discreet, the customer support team answered my questions within a day, and the delivery arrived when they said it would every single time. I know what I'm getting now.

Honestly this is the best place to buy one in the UK, I've looked at plenty. The build quality is solid, the customisation options actually work, and the details look realistic up close. Ordering was easy and it arrived in good shape.

Compared with the other place I'd tried, the checkout here was much quicker and the order page didn't freeze on me. Took about five minutes start to finish. Only niggle is the delivery window is a bit wide, I had to wait in for most of the day.

I bought my first one a couple of years back and wanted to get another for the spare room, so I went straight back to the same site. The ordering process is still the same and I didn't have to re-enter anything. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but the team kept me updated. Price went up a bit since last time but the quality holds up.

Looked at around four or five places before settling on this one. It's not the cheapest but the finish is good and the options are clearer than most. Support answered within the day when I had a question about a fitting. Would probably order again, though I'd check the price first.

Needed something affordable and this was the best value I could find for what I wanted. The price was lower than most of the others I checked and delivery was quick and well packed. Nothing to complain about for the money.

The app was the thing I liked most, you can sort the options in about two minutes and it saves your details. Ordered on the bus and got a confirmation straight away. Delivery was on time and the box was plain, no branding on the outside. Really easy, would use again.

I ordered a doll for companionship after my husband passed, and it arrived well packed and as described. When I wanted to send one back because it wasn't quite the colour I'd hoped for in the photos, the returns process was rather longer than I expected, with several emails back and forth before they arranged collection. They did sort it in the end, though it took patience.

Ordered on a Tuesday and it didn't turn up until the following Monday, which was a bit annoying when I'd been told 3 to 5 working days. The site was fine to use and the checkout was easy enough, but nobody got back to me when I emailed asking where it was, so I just waited it out. Would not bother again tbh.

Compared with the cheaper sites I'd been looking at, these are a fair bit more expensive but the quality is noticeably better. I've bought from them a few times now and the discreet packaging and tracking have never let me down. Happy to keep paying the extra for it.
