Needed a birthday present in a hurry and the site had a decent range of candles. Ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday, just in time. Wrapping was basic but fine. Good value and I'd happily use them again.

Read moreGot a set of drawer organisers for the kitchen, they're fine for the money and do the job. The plastic is a bit thinner than I expected though and one of the dividers was already bent when it arrived. Delivery took four working days, which was okay. Would probably just buy them again if I needed more, but I'd check the reviews first.
Read moreGot a tote bag from the site and it's really nice, good stitching and a decent size. The strap is shorter than the photos made it look so I can't wear it over my shoulder. Arrived in two days which was good. Might still keep it.
I needed a new cordless drill for the shed and the price here was considerably lower than the high street. The drill itself has performed well so far. Returning the spare battery I didn't need was a bit of a faff, I had to print a label and wait a while for the refund. Still, I'd order from them again.

Needed a replacement shower head because the old one had cracked and the landlord wanted it sorted quickly. Bigshocked had one in stock at a good price, so I ordered it on a Monday and it came Wednesday. Fitted it myself in ten minutes. Good value for what it is.
I know this stuff well from years of DIY, and the LED bulbs I bought here are the same spec as the ones I'd normally pick up from the big chains. They were about a third cheaper. Packaging was sensible and nothing was broken. The app is a bit clunky but the buying bit works fine.

Ordered a pair of work trousers on the app on my lunch break and they were in my hands in two days. Fast and easy to get through the order. Sending one back was a bit of a faff though, had to print a label and find a drop off point.
Honestly ordered a hoodie here instead of going to the usual place and it was basically the same thing for less money. Checkout was quick, I didn't even have to make an account. Would order again tbh.
