Compared to the other app I use this took forever to sign up, like three goes because it kept timing out. The other one did it in one go. Got there in the end but wouldnt bother again.

Had a look at about four other lenders before settling on this one, mainly because the monthly figure was easier to see here. The application took a bit of time as they wanted payslips uploaded twice, but once it was through the decision came back the same afternoon. Repayments come out on the date I picked and I have not had to chase anyone. Happy with how it went so far.

I have used them for about eight years now and I would not go anywhere else. The staff on the phone have always been patient with me when I get in a muddle with my account. Every payment has gone through without a fuss and the statements are clear. Very reliable.

Ordered a replacement battery for my cordless drill, and I know these well from years of DIY so I checked the voltage and capacity carefully before buying. The one I got matched the spec and charges as expected. Delivery was next day, which is good. The only minor gripe is the price was a fair bit above the specialist tool sites, but I was happy to pay it for the convenience.

I needed the money quite urgently to get the car repaired, so speed mattered a great deal to me. I wasn't sure I'd be able to manage the online form, but it was clear enough and the staff on the phone were patient when I had a question about the repayment dates. The money arrived the same week, and I'd happily use them again if I ever needed to.

Honestly the best of the ones I looked at, and I looked at quite a few. The sign up was clearer than the other two I tried and the terms were not hidden in a load of small print. Money arrived when they said it would. Really happy with it.

Bought the four pack of replacement filters for the hoover and they arrived in two days which was fine. The price is a bit higher than the big supermarket site but the filters are the right ones and fit first time. Only thing is the box was a bit squashed on one corner.

Needed it for a deposit on a flat and the site was quick enough. Sign up took maybe ten mins, money came through the next day. Dont think i'd want more than that really, did what it needed to.

I had been using a specialist retailer for years and this one came out dearer for the same brand of fabric dye, which annoyed me a bit. The dye itself was fine and the colour came out as I expected. Delivery took five days when the page said three, and nobody told me about the delay. I would only come back here if the other place ran out.
