Ordered the knit jumper on my phone on the bus and it was at my door two days later, which I did not expect at all for a first order. Only thing I'd have liked is a bit more info on the delivery slot but otherwise spot on, will order again for sure when I need something for work.

Compared it to the big high street chain first and this was a fair bit cheaper for something that looks just as nice. First time ordering from them so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the site was easy to use and the top came exactly as described.

I looked at two other sites and a couple of marketplace sellers before settling on this one, and it came out ahead on price for the same sort of fabric. Checkout was simple, no faff with creating an account. The dress arrived well wrapped and the stitching looks solid so far, which is more than I can say for one of the others I tried.

I'd been after a replacement leather belt for my old one that had worn through. The first one I ordered came in the wrong length and their reply to my email took almost four days. The second one was sorted but I was disappointed I had to go through all that.

I was rather taken with the lining on the navy blazer when it arrived, it's a lovely silk mix and very smartly finished. The jacket fits me beautifully across the shoulders. Delivery was prompt and the box was neatly packed. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Really good, I've been buying from them for about six years now and nothing has ever gone badly wrong. The jumpers wash well and the sizing has stayed consistent. Returns are a bit fiddly since you have to print a label, but that's about the only thing I'd change.

Ordered the camel wool coat after looking at three other sites and this one was the cheapest for what it is. The fabric feels decent and it fits true to size, though the sleeves were a touch long so I'll be taking them up. Arrived in about four days which was fine. Would order from them again for sure.

Had a wedding to go to with about a week's notice so I needed something quick. Found a midi dress here and it arrived the next day. It looks just like the photos and fits well, and I got loads of compliments. Brilliant.

Having bought a fair few shirts and jackets over the years, I'd say this brand cuts a slimmer line than most. The shoulder seam sits right and the stitching is tidy. Size up if you're between sizes, that's the main thing.

Got the cropped cardigan in the sage green. It's fine, a bit thinner than the pictures made it look and it's shedding a little already. Delivery took longer than the site said, about six days, and I had to chase it up once. Not terrible, just not what I hoped for.
