Trainers arrived quick and the box was fine. Only thing was the returns label took ages to print out, had to fiddle with my printer. Sizing was spot on though.

I needed a dark wool coat quite suddenly, as my old one no longer fitted after my knee operation. I'm afraid I'm not very confident ordering clothes online, but the site was clear and easy to follow. The coat arrived well packed and fits beautifully. I'm very pleased, and I'd happily order from them again.

Bought the linen blazer for a wedding and I'd checked a couple of other places first. This one had a better range of sizes and the colour looked close to the photos. It's a bit roomy through the shoulders though, so I'll probably get it taken in. Good value for what it is.

I've been buying pleated midi skirts for years so I knew what to look for. This one has a proper lining and the pleats hold up after a wash. The waistband sits exactly where it should, which is more than I can say for most. Ordered my usual size and it fitted first time.

Honestly wouldn't bother with this one. I compared three sites before ordering a pair of trainers and this was the slowest by miles. They said dispatch within two days and it took nine, with no update until I emailed them.

Honestly this was way better than the other site I was looking at, the trainers fit true to size and the app made it dead easy to track. Ordered on a Friday night and they were with me by Monday, which was class. Price was good too for what you get. Would definitely order again, got my eye on a jacket already.

I've been ordering from them on and off for about six years, mostly polo shirts for the golf club. The price has crept up a little this year, which is why I'm not giving full marks. Delivery has stayed reliable though, and the returns desk has always sorted things quickly when a size was wrong. Still my first choice for everyday clothes.
