Cole & Mason

Compared to the big supermarket delivery slot I usually book, this was way quicker to sort out on my phone. Got the order in and confirmed in a couple of minutes, no faff.

We needed a replacement loft ladder after the old one started creaking badly and I didn't want to risk it. Found one on the site with a decent load rating and it arrived well packed. The fixings were slightly different to the old one so I had to pick up a couple of extra screws locally, which was a small irritation. Otherwise it's solid.

I've been buying the seed feeders from them for about six years now, and they've never let me down. The mesh ones hold up through the winter and the squirrels still can't get at them. Ordering is quick, I just log in and reorder what I had last time. Happy with it.

Honestly it does the job but the finish is not what I'd call great. The screws were a bit loose in the box and I had to tighten them before use. Delivery was on time. For what I paid it's acceptable but I wouldn't buy the more expensive version.

What struck me first was how neat the double stitching is on the seams of the canvas tote, which is the bit that usually goes on cheaper bags. I've carried a laptop and gym kit in it most days for a couple of months and nothing has pulled. The handles are sewn to the body rather than just glued, and you can tell. Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again.

They're the ones I'd go back to for anything in the garden. The hose reels I bought years ago are still in use and the wheels haven't worn down. Checkout is simple and they email you when it's dispatched. I've never had a reason to look anywhere else for this kind of thing.

Our damp problem got worse over the winter so I needed a dehumidifier that could handle a bigger room. Compared three places and this one was the best value once I'd worked out the running costs. Arrived quickly and it's been running nonstop since. Happy with the choice.

Signed up on my phone during my lunch break and the whole thing took maybe four minutes, which I didn't expect from a site like this. The only bit that tripped me up was the ID upload, the photo kept rotating and I had to do it twice. Otherwise sorted, and the confirmation email came through straight away.

Compared it with the big high street chain for the same sort of kitchen storage and it came out a fair bit cheaper once delivery was added on. The box arrived in about four days and everything was there, though one of the shelf brackets was a bit bent so I had to straighten it myself. Not a big deal, and I'd still order from them again for the price alone.

Ordered a set of storage baskets for the bedroom and they took ages to arrive, nearly two weeks when the page said four to six days. Got an email to say there was a delay at their end but nobody really explained why. When they did turn up they were ok, a bit lighter than I expected but they do the job. Would maybe order again but I'd probably check the delivery date first.
