I'd normally pop to the shop for a kettle but the price online was noticeably lower than what I'd have paid in town. Ordering was straightforward, though the checkout asked me to create an account which I found a little tiresome. The kettle arrived a few days later, a day after the date they gave me. Works perfectly, so I'm content.

Needed a birthday present for my nephew at short notice and couldn't face the high street. The price was a good bit lower than the other big sites I checked, and the box was in one piece. Packaging was fine, nothing to complain about. Will be back for the next birthday.

Got a bedside lamp and it's been fine so far. Ordered on a Sunday night and it came Wednesday, which is about what I expected. The bulb wasn't included which was a bit annoying but the lamp itself looks like the picture. Good enough for the money.
