The loose-leaf tea I ordered was cheaper than I expected once the discount code was applied. It was my first time using the site so I wasn't sure what to expect. The order confirmation came through but the dispatch email didn't turn up until the next day, and then it took four working days to arrive. Customer support were polite when I messaged them, but it felt slow. The tea itself is fine.

I ordered a set of dinner plates in a simple design and they were well packed and arrived without a chip. The plates feel sturdy and the price was very reasonable for a set of this size. I would be happy to order from them again.

Compared to the other app I had, this one loads quicker and I could actually find a decent deal on a skincare set. Didn't have to scroll forever. Got it in a few days.

I've been buying tools for years so I know what a decent spec looks like, and the listings here give you the detail you need. Ordered a set of impact driver bits and they were exactly as described, the sizes were clearly marked. The only thing is the checkout kept asking me to log in again.

Bought a pair of wireless earbuds after comparing a few brands. They look the same as the pictures but the sound is thin and the left one kept cutting out within the first week. Returning them meant printing a label and waiting ages for the refund to show, which was a fair bit of faff.

My old kettle packed in the week before a family visit so I needed something quick. Looked at three or four places and this had the cheapest option with next day delivery. Ordered at night, arrived before lunch, works perfectly.

I would say this is a sound place to order from, though I did find the returns process a little fiddly. I ordered a cardigan in the wrong size and had to fill in a form online before I could post it back, which took me some time to work out. The refund did come through in due course, and the delivery of the original order was prompt. The prices are competitive and the site is clear to navigate.

Been ordering from here for years and it's always been dependable. Prices are fair and the site is easy enough to use. Would never go anywhere else for my bits.

Bought a wall mounted hose reel and it's sturdy with a good spring action. Cheaper than the garden centre by a fair margin. Arrived boxed up nicely and no damage.

Got the same trainers cheaper here than the big chain, didn't even have to compare much. Checkout is a bit clunky on mobile but it got me there. Arrived in two days.

Our old printer died in the middle of a job so I needed a replacement quickly. I compared three sites and the prices here were the lowest for the model I wanted. Ordered in the evening and it was waiting on the doorstep the next day. Setup took five minutes with the instructions. Pleased with the purchase.

I needed a replacement shade for my bedside lamp, the old one had cracked. Knowing the fitting size matters, I checked the measurements carefully and this one matched exactly. Good heavy material and it fitted first time.

Compared to the other site I used last month this was far easier to find what I wanted, the search actually worked first time. Ordered a phone case and a charger. Took a bit longer to arrive than they said but it turned up in one piece and I'd order again.

Best thing about this place is the price on everyday stuff like bin bags, washing up liquid and nappies. Stock is usually there and the bundle deals actually save money. Nothing about it feels cheap, the packaging was tidy and everything arrived as listed. Good value for a regular top-up.

Picked up a cordless drill with two batteries and a case. The kit was complete, everything charged properly and the drill runs well on the heavier jobs. Price was keen compared to the trade counter.

Really happy with this, would say it's the easiest site I've used for buying a gift. The checkout was quick and I got a confirmation straight away. Everything turned up when they said it would and the gift wrap was neat. Price was fair for what it was. Will definitely order again for birthdays.
