Elite Jewels

Needed a present for my girlfriend's birthday and the others I looked at were pricey. This one was a bit cheaper and the design was similar. It came a day later than the estimate, which was a shame, but it was still in plenty of time.

I've been buying from this company for a good few years now, mostly small gifts for the grandchildren and the odd treat for myself. The latest pair of drop earrings was just as I hoped, well made and sensible in size. Ordering is simple enough even on my old laptop. Delivery has always been reliable in my experience. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them again.

Compared with the high street jeweller I usually use, this was noticeably cheaper for a plain 9ct gold band of similar weight. The ring itself is fine and sits well. Only thing is the ring size guide on the site was a bit confusing, so I had to order a half size up. Still, the price made it worth the small faff.

Compared to the shop down the road this was way cheaper for a chunky silver chain, and the thing looks just as good. Ordered on my phone in bed, no faff. Arrived quick.

Good value, plain and simple. A pair of gold plated earrings for less than I'd pay in town, and they look like the real thing from a few feet away. Delivery was quick and the price on the page was the price I paid.

What struck me most was how heavy the gold chain felt in the hand, much more solid than I expected from the photos. The links lie flat and the clasp clicks shut properly. I've had cheaper chains that felt like tinsel, so this is a proper piece.

I looked at a few places before settling on a signet ring here. Compared with the other sites this one had the clearest sizing guide and a decent price. The ring arrived in a small box and fits my finger nicely.

I needed a suitable gift for a colleague's retirement and wanted something that would last. I'm glad to say the watch I chose has been a great success, and the presentation box was very smart indeed. I did wonder whether the strap would be sturdy enough, but so far it has held up well. The order was processed without any fuss and it arrived in good time for the occasion. I would certainly think of this company again.

Really happy with my first order here, it's a pair of little stud earrings that are exactly what I wanted. They're a good size and don't feel heavy in the ear at all. Would order again.

Compared with the shop in town, this was a good bit cheaper for a silver charm bracelet with the same kind of chain. I'd not really bought jewellery online before so I was a bit nervous. The site was easy to use and I got a confirmation straight away. The bracelet arrived a day later than the estimate, nothing major. Happy enough with it.

The chunky gold chain feels properly solid when you pick it up, the weight is what sold me. I bought it for my granddaughter's confirmation and it was boxed up nicely with a card. The clasp is secure and it lies flat. Plenty of value for the money.

Needed something sparkly for prom and had about a week to sort it out. Found a drop necklace that looked good on the site and it turned up in time, which was the main thing. It's lighter than I thought but it looks nice in the photos I took.

I bought a gold bracelet for my wife's birthday and I'm pleased with it. The clasp is secure and the links are finished neatly. I did find the sizing guide a little hard to follow, but the length was right once it arrived. The order was dealt with efficiently and it was delivered on the day they promised.

The checkout asked for less info than I expected which was a nice surprise for a first order. Bought a pair of small hoops for my mum's birthday and they came in a little gift box. Delivery took closer to five working days than the three they quoted, and I had to email once to ask where it was. Still, the earrings are nice and the box looks good. Would order again.

Needed something nice for my wife's anniversary and I was running out of time. Found a bracelet on the site in about five minutes while waiting for the kettle. Ordered it, got the confirmation straight away, job done.

Bought the silver hoops for my sister's birthday and they arrived in about three days which was miles faster than I expected. Went straight into the gift bag, she loved them. Would get more stuff from here honestly, the checkout was dead easy too.

Compared with the usual department store I normally go to, this worked out a fair bit less for a similar silver bangle. Nothing about the quality made me think I'd been short changed. It came packed well and the price was what I was quoted at checkout.

I'm afraid this was not what I was hoping for. The necklace looked considerably thinner in person than it did on the page, and the clasp has already started to feel loose. I did expect a little more for the price. I had to wait some while for a reply when I asked about it, which was rather frustrating.

Bought the rose gold anklet as a gift and it's the colour I was after, warm and not too pink. The chain is fine and the lobster clasp is solid. Came quickly and was well wrapped.
