Honestly the speed of delivery was mad, ordered Tuesday night and it was at my door Wednesday. Got a pair of trainers and they look just like the pictures. Really happy with them, easy to sort out.

This was my first order from them and I picked up a clear phone case with a little bit of grip on the edges. It arrived in two days, the case fits my phone exactly and the buttons work through it. Checkout was easy and I got a confirmation email straight away. Pleased with it, and the price was a good bit cheaper than the shop I was thinking of.

Needed a spare mouse for work after mine stopped working on Monday. Ordered one that afternoon and it was here by Wednesday. Works straight away, no setup. Good quality for the price.

The packaging was really clever, everything was wrapped in paper with a little instruction card. Got a set of wireless earbuds and they work well so far. Quick delivery, fine price.

Bought a cordless drill driver with two batteries and I've been using it on a few weekend jobs. The chuck holds bits well and the battery lasts a decent while on a charge. The box arrived with one corner dented, though the drill itself was fine, and the return option wasn't clear to me at first.

Compared to the high street shop I normally use, the prices here on the same kind of kitchen scales were noticeably lower. The product itself is just as accurate and the display is clear. Delivery took three days, slightly slower than I'd like, but the packaging was tidy and nothing was damaged.

Why I ordered this time was simply that my old kettle had finally given up after many years of faithful service. I have been buying from this site for a long time now and have always found it dependable. The new one boils quickly, the handle stays cool and the flex is a good length. The parcel arrived in good order with the box unopened, so I was quite content with the whole affair.

I was rather pleased with the cushioned insoles that came with my new walking shoes, they are far more comfortable than the ones I had before. The order was dealt with very courteously and the parcel turned up when they said it would. I did wonder about the price at first but it's fair for what you get, and I shall certainly order from them again.

Compared with the big electronics chains, the price on this bluetooth speaker was a good deal cheaper and the sound is perfectly decent for the money. The checkout was simple and nothing got lost in the post. I've been using it in the kitchen for a few weeks and it's held up well.

Ordered a pair of waterproof hiking boots from the site last month and they fitted straight out of the box, which is rare for me as I have wide feet. The sizing guide was accurate and the tread is grippy on wet rock. Took them up Snowdon at the weekend and my feet stayed dry the whole way, so I'd say they're doing the job well.

Needed a replacement laptop charger quickly because mine died the night before a deadline. Ordered at lunchtime and it arrived next morning, which saved me. Works perfectly, plugs in fine, no issues. Price was a bit higher than some places but I didn't have time to shop around so no complaints.

Ordered a set of bike lights for my commute and they are a good buy for the money. The mounts are sturdy, the brightness is plenty for the dark lanes near me and they charge over USB. Delivery was quick and everything worked from the first night. Would happily order again for the next bit of kit I need.

Been ordering from them for about six years now and they have never let me down. Replaced my garden hose fittings and a set of secateurs over the last year, all turned up well packed. Customer service has answered every question I've had. Good shop, I'll keep using it.

This is the best set of tools I've bought online in years, the spanners fit nuts properly and the ratchet is smooth. Pricing was fair compared with the other places I checked. Plenty of stock and it arrived quickly.

Got a chunky knit jumper in grey and it's so cosy, it's exactly like the pictures. Ordered on a Monday and it turned up Thursday. The size was spot on and the material's soft, no itchy bits at all.

I needed a birthday present for my sister and was running out of time, so I went to the site on a Friday afternoon. Found a candle set and a small plant pot and both arrived before the weekend. Everything was packed nicely and it all looked lovely when I wrapped it up.

I looked at three different sites before buying this cookware set and this one came out cheapest for the same pieces. The non-stick coating seems good so far and the pans heat evenly. Everything arrived in one box with no dents and the instructions were included.

Ordered a hair straightener set and it's pretty good honestly. Arrived quick and works well. The only thing is the cable is shorter than I expected so I'm using an extension lead.

Compared to buying from the shop down the road, ordering the mattress topper online saved me a fair bit. Delivery came rolled up in a box and it took a night to expand properly, which I'd been warned about. The firmness is just right for my back. Checkout was quick and tracking worked well.
